Your unique, remarkable inner and outer life is a rich creative source for works of art and writing. This workshop is an opportunity to honor your lived experience in a welcoming, encouraging, non-judgmental environment.

Through guided inquiry, you will explore ideas of importance and meaning to you through your choice of word and/or art. In a respectful atmosphere that will encourage adventure, playfulness, and deep reflection, explore the wonderful depth and breadth of your own lived and felt experience such as: memories, encounters with the natural environment, special people, ideas, dreams, hopes, and joys.

Participants will use their choice of media and will work at their own rate of speed. Support and guidance will be given to beginners and experienced creators alike. Teachers will be provided with objectives, frameworks and an assessment, and educational applications will be discussed.

A suggested art media list will be provided. Some basic art media will be available. Participants will bring their own lunches. Class size is limited. This workshop will be held at Cranberry Barn Studios in Carver, MA or at a nearby location if a larger space is required. Registration is on a first-come basis.

This workshop is also open to adults who are not teachers.
